The festival

The"Dias de Sol” (Sunny Days) festival is an invitation

to enjoy Copacabana Beach and free activities.

The unprecedented "Sunny Days" Festival was created to offer beach activities and experiences to residents and tourists who visit the city with a lot of culture, sports, wellness and music.

With a scenography inspired by beach clubs in Ibiza and the Caribbean, the event intends to stimulate the participants to connect with the beach by performing outdoor activities, through free yoga, Power Dance, Boxing Training and Altinha classes. The public can also enjoy massage sessions (Shiatsu and Massotherapy), the Sun Chords Exhibition, and musical shows. There are plenty of options to enjoy the carioca summer in the best style.

The event also provides free futmesa, kits with beach chairs and tents, as well as balls, frescobol, frisbee, and other beach games.

During the event, the audience can visit the Sun Chords Exhibition, which will bring to the festival a mix of poetry and graphic arts. The artist João Rodrigo Burle - "Bives" - and the poet and teacher Bruno Borja will transform into art pieces of music whose main theme is the Sun.

From Friday to Sunday, there will be musical shows at sunset (5pm to 7pm): Rock Around The Block (with reinterpretations of Blues Classics, Pop and Classic Rock), Luiza Reis (interpreting MPB classics), Sonora Samba Jazz (specialized musician quartet on instrumental versions of Jazz, Rock, Pop and MPB classics), Fred Chico (the Band Man, singing simultaneously on guitar, harmonica, cajón, box and tambourine), Luthuly (contemporary R&B, full of melodic lyrics and a lot of attitude in his rhymes) and Tay Cristelo (singer with an international career and former contestant on The Voice Brasil).
